Shree Shantinath Bhagwan Temple

In this temple, the iconic statue of Jain Tirthankar Shri Shantinath Bhagwan has been enshrined as the main idol of the temple, on “Vikram Samvat 1645 8th day of the month of Jyeshtha Shukla” by Shri Shanti Chandrapadhyay, a disciple of Shri Heer Vijay Surishwar ji Maharaj. The idol on his left is revered by Acharya Shri Vijaysen Suri Ji Maharaj on Vikram Samvat 1682. There are several iconic metal statues of the 14th -15th centuries, which have been placed in the temple. Some statues enshrined in Vikram Samvat 1983 by Acharya Shri Vijay Vallabh Suri are also present.

Bhojanshala (Dining hall)

For the convenience of the pilgrims visiting the temple, a dining hall was constructed, which offers free food to all visitors. This was inaugurated by Shri Manakchand ji Betala (Madras) on 14.05.1972 on Vaishakh Sudi Doyaj. Special support for the construction of the dining hall was received from Sh. Vinodbhai N. Dalal , Shri Devraj Jain (Delhi), Shri Dhanraj Jain (Delhi) along with other trustees.

Rishabhdev Parana and Kalyanak Temple

In order to bring to life the important event of “Parana” of Rishabhdev Bhagwan, a grand Parana and Kalyanak temple has been constructed, under the guidance of Sh. Vinodbhai N. Dalal. This temple comprises of a 7’1” tall standing statue of Rishabhdev Bhagwan receiving sugarcane juice (Ikshuras) from Shree Shreyanskumar, which is also a 6’7” tall standing statue in giving posture. This temple was inaugurated on “Vaisakha Sudi Teej, Vikram Samvat 2034”, dated 20.05.1978 enshrined by Gachadhipati Acharya Shrimad Vijay Indradinn Surishwar Ji Maharaj. In this temple, Seth Shri Shrenik Bhai Kastur Bhai (Ahmedabad), Shri Khairayatilal Jain (Delhi), Shri Veerchand Jain (Delhi), Shri Dhanraj Jain (Delhi) and other trustees made commendable contributions. The various stages like “Mother’s 14 dreams at conception”, “Birth”, “Renunciation” and “Enlightenment” of the 16th Jain Tirthankara Shri Shantinath Bhagwan, the 17th Jain Tirthankara Shri Kunthunath Bhagwan and the 18th Jain Tirthankara Shri Arnath Bhagwan, have been beautifully depicted with life like pictures on the grand white marble walls of the temple.

Seth Sri Surajmal Nagindas Jhaveri Dharamshala

To enable proper accommodation for the pilgrims visiting the shrine, Shri J.S. Jhaveri (owner of Crown TV) along with other fortunate donors, helped in the construction of this Dharamshala. It was inaugurated on the auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya, dated 19.07.1987. It has an attached bathroom facility in all the rooms.

Sanghvi Rugnathmalji Samarthmalji Doshi Dharamshala

In view of the demand for large, air-conditioned rooms with ultra-modern facilities by the pilgrims visiting the shrine, the need was felt to build another Dharamshala. This Dharamshala was built by Sanghvi Rugnathmalji Samarathmalji (Mandaar Sangh) and Smt. Asuben Doshi family, and they then dedicated to the temple trust. It is a three-storey building with air-conditioned rooms and lift facilities.

Shri Dharmachand Kanchankumari Jain Upasana Bhavan

This building was constructed for making comfortable stay and worship arrangements for visiting Jain Hermits and Sages at the Hastinapur temple. This Upasana Bhavan (Worship Home) was constructed in collaboration with Sh. V C Jain Bhabhu (Seer India Group, Delhi). This building was inaugurated on Kartik Purnima, dated 23.11.1988.

Sanghvi Shri Kesharimal Ji Gadia (Bangalore) Dharamshala

Under the guidance Sh. Vinodbhai N. Dalal, keeping in view the increasing number of pilgrims for “Akshaya Tritiya” (Parana) festival, and other groups of pilgrims, this Dharamshala was constructed, to provide good residential facilities for the pilgrims. It was constructed with the support of Sh. Kiran Kumar Gadia (Bangalore resident) and other fortunate donors. It is a 3 storey Dharamshala with modern facilities, which was inaugurated on the auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya, dated 27.04.1990.

Smt. Mohandai Oswal Jain Parana Bhavan

Keeping in mind the increasing number of ascetics and hermits, on the “Akshaya Tritiya” Parana Festival, a huge Parana Hall was constructed at the shrine. Today, in the same Parana Hall, on the day of Akshaya Tritiya, all the ascetics and hermits are fed sugarcane juice together. This Parana Hall was constructed with the cooperation of Sh. Abhay Kumar Oswal and Smt. Aruna Oswal (Ludhiana). It was inaugurated on the auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya, dated 27.04.1990.

The original place of Bhagwan Rishabhdev's Parana - “Charan” temple – Nishiyaji

This place is located 2 km North from Shwetambar Jain Temple. A beautiful grand temple has been built at this place in accordance with Jain craftsmanship, in which Bhagwan Rishabhdev's feet (Charan) have been enshrined in all four directions. Apart from these, feet (Charan) of Shri Shantinath Bhagwan, Shri Kunthunath Bhagwan, Shri Arnath Bhagwan, Shri Mallinath Bhagwan, Shri Munisuvrat Swamy Bhagwan, Shri Parshwanath Bhagwan and Shri Mahavir Swami have also been established. The foundation stone of this temple was laid by Shri Manilal Doshi family (Delhi).This temple was enshrined under the auspices of Shantidoot, Gachadhipati Acharya Shrimad Vijay Nityanand Surishwar ji Maharaj on “Vaisakh Sudi Baras” dated 08.05.1998.

Shree Ashtapad Tirth, the Nirvana land of Bhagwan Rishabhdev

The majestic structure of the most revered and sacred Jain heritage, “Shri Ashtapad Tirth”, as mentioned in the Jain scriptures has taken shape on the blessed land of Shri Hastinapur. A structure which is 160 feet in diameter and 108 feet high, an eight storeyed “Ashtapad” mountain has been constructed here, which is regarded as a marvel of architecture brilliance. A grand beautiful temple has been built on top of the mountain in accordance with Jain scriptures and craftsmanship. The total height of the structure, along with its temple and the sacred flag (dhwaja) is 151 feet. On all the 4 directions of this temple, idols of Jain Tirthankaras have been placed in the formation of 2-4-8- 10, i.e. all 24 Jain Tirthankaras have been represented here. The entire temple is built with pure white marble, which makes it very unique in the world, in terms of its craftsmanship. In the lower part of the temple, Four idols (chaumukhi) of Bhagwan Rishabhdev in convergence or a divine preaching hall (Samavasaran) have been established in all 4 directions.

The entire family of Rishabhdev Bhagwan has been depicted in the form of idols in the divine preaching hall. This includes the idols of his parents, 2 wives, 2 daughters and 100 sons (including Chakravarti King Bharat). On the outer periphery of the mountain, 501 idols each, have been installed on the 2nd , 3rd and 4th storeys respectively. Hence, a total of 1503 idols of sages (tapas) have been placed on the mountain. The Ashtapd temple was enshrined on the auspicious day of “Margashirsha Sudi Purnima”, dated 02.12.2009
